Backend Developer

What You’ll Do:

• Build and own backend or full stack systems end-to-end—APIs, services, UIs, databases, infra.
• Integrate AI/ML into real-world applications—no demos, real deployments.
• Work directly with external specialists—think researchers, engineers, and founders.
• Prototype, experiment, iterate—fail fast, fix faster.
• Take ideas from 0 to 1 with minimal guidance and maximum ownership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong command over business communication and the ability to structure, design, and deliver impactful Strong coding skills in backend languages (Node.js, Python, Go, etc.).
• Front end experience (React, Next.js, etc.) is a bonus, not mandatory.
• Experience with APIs, databases, version control, and cloud deployments.
• Comfort working solo or in small teams—autonomy is key.
• Understanding of AI/ML systems or willingness to dive in and learn.
• Clear communication and a bias for action.
